TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 23 June 2026
About us
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Framewick website (framewick.com and framewick.co.uk) and the purchase of products from Framewick Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Our products
All Framewick frames are made to order. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the nature of your uploaded image.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the uploaded image is of insufficient resolution to produce a satisfactory print, contains content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights, or if we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our control.
Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product described. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
Please ensure all order details, including your delivery address and uploaded image, are correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept responsibility for errors in information provided by you.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Intellectual property
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have the permission of the rights holder to reproduce it. Framewick accepts no liability for orders placed using images that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe such rights may be infringed.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard fourteen-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or damaged goods, which are set out below.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@framewick.com as soon as possible after placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun, but we will do our best to accommodate your request before that point.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us at support@framewick.com within seven days of delivery, including clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. Where a damaged or faulty item is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you. Notification with supporting images within seven days of delivery is required for a full refund on this basis. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framewick's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
